The 19th Annual Poster Contest

"I Am Important"

A special brunch was help for all area school students who placed or made honorable mention in the art contest. Students were awarded and celebrated at today's festivties. Area speakers such as Judge Theresa Dellick, Louis Zona (Executive Director of the Butler Institution of American Art), Gina DeGenova, Joyce Mistovich, and Edie Davidson all helped to kick off the awards brunch with motivational speeches.

1st place winner- Kamiya Bell (5th grade)

1st place winner- Zion McDowell (6th grade)

2nd place winner- Shia Gowe Miller (8th grade)

Honorable Mention- Camden Getsie (6th grade)

Honorable Mention- Mayreni Irizarry  (7th grade)

Congratulations on winning and representing our school so well. You all did an amazing job. We cannot wait to see what the future holds for these talented students.
