REC program

Black History Month is crucial for our young scholars as it provides a platform to learn about and celebrate the invaluable contributions of African Americans throughout history. By highlighting the achievements, struggles, and triumphs of black individuals, children gain a more comprehensive understanding of the diverse tapestry that makes up their society. It fosters empathy, instills a sense of pride, and inspires a shared commitment to equality. Through education about black history, children are equipped with a broader perspective, nurturing a culture of inclusivity, respect, and appreciation for the richness of human experiences.

RECMS celebrated Black History Month with a special program, showcasing the dedication and talents of our students in various performances. Their remarkable efforts were truly commendable, reflecting the rich cultural heritage and achievements of the black community. Special thanks to Mr. Kosek for spearheading this initiative and to Mr. Thomas for his valuable assistance. Together, we take pride in acknowledging and celebrating the diversity and contributions that shape our collective history.
